#JapanLove

As much as I have enjoyed my time here in Jakarta, it’s been such a bitter sweet experience. To be so close to such tragedy just burns my heart. All the Asian news coverage is of course about Japan and the horrific nightmare that is the state of such a beautiful country. One of my favorites in fact. I have had the pleasure of visiting and performing in Tokyo and Osaka and I felt such an overwhelming connection with Japan, their people and their culture. It’s such an efficient country! And everyone is so pleasant to be around. To know that so many people that I may have in some way touched have now lost everything cuts me like a knife. They have lost their lives, their families, everything they have worked so hard for. I can’t stand to watch the news anymore. I’m trying to be strong for you Japan! You have been down before and you got back up! I know you will do it again.

In the meantime I will help as much as I can in any way to help to perhaps ease the pain. Even if it’s just one person. We can all putch in to help relieve some of the turmoil. They need food and water and medical attention. If you can help please do. Things aren’t getting any better anytime soon. They face what is perhaps the world’s greatest nuclear crisis. This could have tremendous affects even beyond Japan’s once beautiful and busy shores. So do what you would hope someone would do for you if you were in their shoes. Do something! Anything!
